For orders placed through our website, returns are accepted up to 30 days from the original order date.
To initiate a return, please log into our website using the email address that was used on the order.
From the account menu, click the "Orders" at the bottom
Choose the the order you wish to return
Click "Order Details" and then "Return Items"
Select the items you want to return, choose a reason, and add an optional note
Once your return request has been reviewed, you will receive updates directly to your email address.
Please note:
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer
- Custom picks and drumheads cannot be returned. Please see the FAQ section
- Returns shipped to D’Addario without authorization will be rejected
- Products must be unopened, in their original packaging
