My drumstick broke prematurely. What should I do?

If your drumstick broke prematurely, contact us and select Defect/Warranty. We’ll ask you to provide photos of the broken stick(s) and any available packaging, if you still have it, along with your shipping address.

If you no longer have the sleeve, you can still submit a warranty request. Our team will review the information you provide and help determine next steps.
