- Print Disclaimer Notice:
While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, each custom guitar pick is a unique piece, so small variations in color, brightness, or positioning should be expected due to the nature of the printing process. Additionally, colors on the final printed product may vary from what is seen on screen or in digital proofs. Printing drift, where the printed design may not align perfectly on the guitar pick's surface, may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered a defect. If you believe there is a significant issue with your custom guitar pick, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to address your concerns. You may also contact us if you’re interested in seeing a printed sample before you place an order (fees may apply).
- Wear and Tear Notice:
The custom print on our picks is applied with precision and care. However, it's important to note that with regular use, gradual fading due to factors such as friction, prolonged playing, and exposure to oils from fingers may occur over time.
To minimize the potential for print fading, we recommend you:
- Play Gently: While our picks are designed for regular use, excessive force during playing may contribute to faster wear of the print.
- Limit Exposure: Minimize prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and moisture to help maintain the vibrancy of the printed design.
- Clean Your Hands: Playing with clean hands can help reduce the transfer of oils that may affect the longevity of the custom print.
While our products come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. However, gradual fading of the custom print due to regular use is a natural occurrence and is not covered under this warranty.
