1. RESET PASSWORD From any page on the website, hover over the circle in the top right corner and click RESET PASSWORD.
2. SEND VERIFICATION CODE When you click the “reset password” link, you’ll be redirected to a verification page. Enter your email address and check your inbox for the verification code. The email should only take a few seconds to come through.
3. ENTER VERIFICATION CODE Once you receive the email with your verification code, go to the verification page, enter it in the “verification code” field, and click “verify code”.
4. ENTER NEW PASSWORD Enter a new password for your account, making sure there are no errors when completing the fields. Click “Continue” when complete.
5. GET REWARDED On the new platform, you can now use your points towards almost every D’Addario product. That means there are now more strings, accessories, drumheads, sticks and woodwinds products available for redemption than ever before!
