As of 2025, Select Jazz, Reserve, and Royal reeds have been Certified Organic by the USDA. While the certification is new and the packaging has changed to include more eco-friendly, sustainable alternatives, nothing about the reeds has changed. They are still produced in the same way and the cane is still sourced from the same plantation, though due to packaging upgrades, we now have official certification from the USDA.
By Spring of 2026, all D’Addario cane reeds will be Certified Organic by the USDA.
