As of April 2023, Select Jazz and Reserve reeds have been Certified Organic by the USDA. While the certification is new and the packaging has changed to include more eco-friendly, sustainable alternatives, nothing about the reeds has changed. They are still produced in the same way and the cane is still sourced from the same plantation, though due to packaging upgrades, we now have official certification from the USDA.
In the coming years, we expect all D’Addario cane reeds will be Certified Organic by the USDA.
