The standard Varigrip has an adjustable tension range of 6lbs to 8lbs.
The Varigrip+ comes with two sets of interchangeable springs, each with a different tension. The green springs have a tension range of 2.5lbs to 3.5lbs, and the red springs have a tension of 3.5lbs to 6lbs.
