My Players Circle account is locked. What should I do?

Most of the time, a Players Circle account is locked because it has not yet been activated. Accounts must be activated within 14 days by following the directions in the initial activation email. If you did not receive an initial activation email, please be sure to check your spam/promotional/other folders.

If after that you’re still unable to find your activation email, or if the link in your email has expired, please contact us.
