My Players Circle account is locked. What should I do?

Most of the time, a Players Circle account is locked because it has not yet been activated. Accounts must be activated within 14 days by following the directions in the initial activation email. If you did not receive an initial activation email, please be sure to check your spam/promotional/other folders. For Gmail accounts specifically, these emails are often delivered to your “promotions” folder rather than your regular inbox due to Gmail permissions.

Your Players Circle account may also become locked due to incorrect password attempts. If your account has already been activated but is locked, please try resetting your password from the login screen.
