We make two different types of Humidipaks – Maintain and Restore. Restore packs are meant to boost the humidity that is already too low. Maintain packs are meant to maintain relative humidity that has already been pre-conditioned to 45%-55%.
If the relative humidity of your case/instrument is already very low, you will need to use Restore packs first to boost the humidity. Once the humidity levels reach 45%-55%, remove the Restore packs, and replace them with Maintain packs.
