If products redeemed through Players Circle are returned to D'Addario, we may attempt to contact you at the email address associated with your Players Circle account to resolve the issue.
If we are unable to contact you or unable to resolve the shipment issue, we will credit the points back to your Players Circle account and cancel the order.
If it’s necessary to re-ship a Players Circle order due to your shipment refusal, failure to include a sufficient address, or another similar issue, you may be charged additional fees associated with re-shipment.
