We recommend images at 300 dpi, images below 150 dpi will not be accepted. Files can be up to 50 MB. Please note: large files may take up to 60 seconds to upload.
Converting your image from RGB to CMYK before upload will render a more accurate preview on your monitor. Lower compression means less distortion. No compression is ideal.
PNG - Portable Network Graphics format is a completely lossless compression. Gradients come out much smoother and do not have the distortions that may appear in a JPG. A PNG file allows for a transparent background if created properly.
JPG - JPG's support over 16 million colors, but slightly 'distort' the image to compress the file size. For photos, the human eye cannot tell the subtle changes in color, but along straight edges and in pictures with large solid colors, distortion becomes very apparent. JPG images do not support transparency.
TIPS: If you save using JPG format, try using the lowest compression or best quality setting possible. Where this setting is located varies with different image software, but they should all have a 1-100 compression factor that you can set.
