When I try to log into my Players Circle account, it says it has not been activated. What should I do?

When you sign up for Players Circle, you receive an email that contains a link to activate your account. You will not be able to log in until you click the link in that email.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam/junk/other folders. It will have a subject line such as: “Action Required: Activate your Players Circle Account.” 

For GMAIL accounts specifically, the email may be delivered to your “Promotions” folder, rather than your regular inbox. 

If, after checking additional folders and accounts, you are still unable to find this email, please contact our support team for assistance.
