Can I cancel an order placed through your website?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed through our website, it cannot be changed or canceled. Once you receive your order, please contact Kibo support by email or live chat via this link, and they will be happy to assist you.

Please note:

  • Player Circle orders placed with points cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Custom picks and drumheads cannot be returned. Please see the FAQ section.
  • Returns shipped to D’Addario without authorization will be rejected.
